The 340,000-square-foot entertainment venue was Phase I of Graton’s Resort and Casino. The facility includes a high-end Vegas-like casino with 131 table games, 3,000 slot and video poker machines, high limit gaming rooms and an 18-table poker room. Additional highlights include three lounges and a 9,000-square-foot event center that seats 750 guests for concerts and other large events. Graton has four full-service restaurants and the Marketplace, a 500-seat venue with nine dining choices.

Other features include 70 acres of site improvements and infrastructure, a five-level parking garage providing enough parking for more than 5,000 guests, a 17,000-square-foot central plant, and a 7,000-square-foot fresh water treatment facility.
